Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This Grilled Pork Tenderloin recipe features a herb and honey marinade that imparts sweetness and zest to lean pork meat. Marinated for up to eight hours, the tenderloins are grilled until just cooked to juicy perfection, then rested before slicing. The combination of Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and citrus elements creates a balanced flavor profile suitable for a main course that benefits from its simple, fresh preparation.

Description

Grilled Pork Tenderloin is prepared by marinating the pork in a mixture of olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest and juice, fresh parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic. The marinade infuses the meat with a blend of sweetness, tang, herbaceous notes, and umami. After marinating between one and eight hours, the tenderloin cooks on a medium-heat grill until reaching an internal temperature of 145°F, ensuring juiciness and safe consumption.

Once off the grill, a short rest allows juices to redistribute, helping maintain moisture when sliced. Garnishing with extra parsley adds a fresh, herbal contrast. This straightforward recipe highlights the pork's natural flavor enhanced by the marinade’s bright and savory notes, making it suitable for a diverse range of side dishes and occasions.
