Grilled Salmon Kebabs

Grilled Salmon Kebabs feature bite-sized chunks of salmon seasoned with garlic parsley salt, fresh thyme, lemon juice, and oil. Skewered with thin lemon slices, these kebabs are grilled to develop a golden exterior while keeping the fish tender and flavorful. The lemon slices add brightness between salmon pieces, enhancing the grilling aroma and taste.

Description

The recipe begins by cutting boneless, skinless salmon fillets into roughly 1.5-inch pieces. These are tossed in a marinade consisting of garlic parsley salt, fresh thyme leaves, a neutral cooking oil, and juice from half a lemon. The salmon rests briefly to absorb the seasoning. Lemon slices are prepared thinly to thread between the salmon on skewers, creating layers that impart citrus notes as they grill.

The kebabs are cooked over a medium-high preheated grill until the salmon pieces develop a golden sear, typically around 8 minutes. The grilling process locks in moisture while allowing herbs and citrus to meld into the flesh, producing flavorful, slightly charred bites of salmon. The kebabs are an approachable grilled seafood option that emphasizes fresh herbs and citrus.
