  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • ½ red onion small, chopped
  • ½ cup corn
  • lime juice about ¼ cup, juice from 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
  • salt dash

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Rub 2 pounds salmon fillets with 1 tablespoon olive oil and rub with the spice mix.
  3. Grill the salmon on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
