  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped, fresh
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped (for garnish, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
  4. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the lemon dill sauce: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh dill. Stir until smooth.
