Grilled Turkey Burgers

Grilled Turkey Burgers blend ground turkey, shredded sharp cheddar, egg, panko bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning to form patties that cook quickly over medium-high heat. The mixture balances moistness and binding for juicy, flavorful burgers secured comfortably in brioche buns. Grilled to develop a light crust, these burgers combine a mild meat flavor with cheesy richness and a touch of savory sauce.

Description

This recipe combines ground turkey with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and an egg to bind the ingredients, along with panko bread crumbs to add texture and absorb moisture. Worcestershire sauce and a seasoning blend provide savory depth. The mixture is mixed gently but thoroughly, then shaped into four equal patties sized to fit brioche buns. Cooking on a preheated grill at 400°F for 4 to 5 minutes per side allows the burgers to develop a lightly charred exterior while retaining juicy tenderness inside. Adjustments to the mixture's moisture can be made with additional water or panko to achieve the desired consistency.

These grilled turkey burgers offer a juicy, mildly cheesy bite, suitable for casual meals or barbecues. The brioche buns complement the savory meat with a slightly sweet, soft texture.
