Guacamole Deviled Eggs
Description
Guacamole Deviled Eggs start by hard boiling eggs, peeling them, and halving them to remove the yolks. The yolks are mixed with ripe avocado, fresh lime juice, minced red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and diced tomato, seasoned with salt and pepper. The creamy avocado and lime give a rich but refreshing flavor while the jalapeño adds gentle heat. Once combined, this mixture is spooned back into the egg whites and topped with chili powder for a touch of spice and color. The texture is smooth and rich from the avocado, balanced by the mild crunch and freshness of onion and tomato. These are ideal for serving cold as an appetizer or snack, especially when you want to offer a twist on traditional deviled eggs. Leftovers should be stored covered in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days, although the avocado filling may darken slightly over time.
