Guacamole Recipe

Report
This Guacamole Recipe combines ripe avocados mashed to preferred consistency with lime juice, garlic salt, and salsa to create a creamy, zesty dip. The lime juice brightens the flavor while salsa adds texture and a mild kick. It’s an easy-to-make accompaniment for chips or as a topping for various dishes, providing fresh avocado flavor with a hint of garlic and tang.

Description

The Guacamole Recipe starts by halving and pitting ripe avocados, then mashing them to your preferred chunkiness. Lime juice is stirred in to add a citrusy brightness that also slows browning. Garlic salt seasons the mixture, providing a mild garlic flavor, and a portion of salsa adds an extra layer of texture and flavor contrast. The method emphasizes tasting and adjusting the garlic salt to suit your preference.

This guacamole has a creamy yet slightly chunky texture with tangy and savory notes balanced by the mild heat and acidity of salsa and lime. It pairs well with tortilla chips for dipping or can enhance tacos, sandwiches, or grilled meats.

For storing leftovers, cover the surface tightly with plastic wrap to limit exposure to air, refrigerating for up to two days. If the top layer develops browning, simply remove it and stir the remaining guacamole before serving. The recipe’s flexibility allows adjusting chunkiness, seasoning, and salsa quantity to taste.
