Halloween Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Popcorn popped
  • 2 cups Chex cereal plain
  • 3 cups bugles
  • 2 cups pretzels Tiny Twist brand
  • 2 cups chocolate covered pretzels Monster Bites
  • 12 peanut butter cups mini
  • 12 pieces whoppers candy
  • 12 Kit Kat candy mini
  • 12 hershey bar candy mini rectangles
  • 12 milk duds candy
  • 1 oz. white chocolate melts Wilton brand, orange color
  • 1 oz. white chocolate melts Wilton brand, green color
  • 1 oz. white chocolate melts Wilton brand, purple color
  • 1 tablespoon sweet sprinkles mix Sweets & Treats brand, Haunted House flavor
  • 1 tablespoon sweet sprinkles mix Sweets & Treats brand, Dragon Dreams flavor
  • 12 gummy candy eyeballs shape
  • 4 gummy candy zombie hands shape

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, plain Chex cereal, bugles and plain pretzels. Mix well then add in the Chocolate Covered Pretzel Monster Bites plus all the mini chocolate bars. Toss again (make sure you save half the candy for the top layer since it's heavier it will immediately sink to the bottom when you start to toss.
  2. Melt the chocolate melts separately and drizzle on top of the mix. Then sprinkle with sprinkles. Set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so the white chocolate hardens.
  3. Lastly, add in the gummy eyeballs and gummy zombie hands. Set out for friends and family to enjoy OR scoop into bags to hand out at a party.

Notes

  • Storage - Store an air tight container for up to one week.
  • Candy - Add any type of candy you prefer to the mix.
