Get ready for Halloween dinner excitement! You know how fun carving a Jack-O'-Lanterns is, right? Well, let's turn bell peppers into spooky Halloween stuffed peppers.

Ingredients
- 4 orange peppers
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove the tops from the bell peppers and the seeds.
- Using a small sharp knife, cut the face of a Jack-O-Lantern into the side of each bell pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Add the meat mixture inside of each pepper.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese to the top of each pepper.
- Place the peppers upright in a large baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
