Ham and Cheese Wraps
Description
This recipe assembles large flour tortillas with a spread made of cream cheese blended with mayonnaise or preferred salad dressing to ease spreading and enhance flavor. Shredded or sliced cheese is added, followed by leafy greens such as lettuce, baby kale, or spinach, fresh tomato slices, ham, sliced onions, bacon bits or slices, and ripe avocado. Salt and pepper finish the seasoning before folding the sides and rolling tightly, similar to a burrito.
The variety of ingredients provides a balance of creamy, salty, fresh, and crispy components. Cutting the wrap in half and securing with toothpicks makes it convenient to serve. These wraps work well for lunch or a light dinner and can be adjusted based on available ingredients or personal preference.

Instructions
- Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
- Place tortillas on a clean flat surface.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and mayo, ranch or caesar salad dressing. I find the cream cheese easier to spread when blended together but you don't have to if you don't want to. One at a time works just fine too!
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the middle section of each tortilla.
- Add cheese, sliced or shredded.
- Add lettuce, baby spinach or kale and tomatoes.
- Add ham.
- Add onion.
- Add bacon.
- And at last, add your avocado.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Fold sides in on top of filling and roll up tortilla, like a burrito.
- Cut in half if desired, and secure with wooden tooth picks if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
- Enjoy every bite!
