Ham Salad

Report
Ham Salad is a creamy, savory mixture of diced cooked ham, finely diced celery, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, and a touch of black pepper. Chilling the salad allows the flavors to meld, making it a versatile topping for sandwiches or crackers with a balanced texture from the ham and celery.

Description

This Ham Salad combines diced cooked ham processed finely in a food processor, then mixed with celery, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, and black pepper. The mixture is refrigerated for a minimum of two hours to develop flavor and set the texture.

The result is a creamy and slightly tangy spread with crisp bites from celery and sweetness from the relish. The salad can be served cold on bread as a sandwich filling or alongside crackers as an appetizer.

Leftover ham salad should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consumed within five days to maintain freshness and safety.
