  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

  3. In a small mixing bowl whisk the pineapple juice, mustard, and brown sugar.
  4. Drizzle over ham steak and top with pineapple slices.
  5. Place in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until ham steaks are warmed and glaze is browned.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Storage
  • FRIDGE: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • FREEZER: Wrap each ham steak in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place in a freezer bag or airtight container. You can freeze them this way for up to 3 months.
  • REHEAT: To reheat, place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 until warm.
  • Can I Use Something Other Than Brown Sugar For The Glaze?Yes! Honey or maple syrup work as a great alternative to a brown sugar glaze.
  • Can I Use Regular Ham Instead Of Ham Steaks?Absolutely! If you can’t find ham steaks or prefer regular ham, just slice a ham into really thick slices and follow the recipe. Note that the bake time may be different, so watch closely as it cooks!
