Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup cooked ham cubed
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/2 cucumber chopped (optional)
- salt & pepper to taste
For the Pineapple Dressing:
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar to taste
