Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika mostly used for colour, skip if you don't have any on hand, sweet
- 1 ml tomato sauce not pasta sauce; small can
- 3 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth; 750 ml
- 1.5 cups alphabet pasta approx. 250 gr
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese or cheddar cheese or plain yogurt
Notes
- * sauce will appear to be a bit runny, but sauce will thicken as soon as it starts to cool.
- ** I added 1/2 cup of frozen peas in the last minute of cooking while recipe testing and my kids enjoyed it.
