Ingredients

  • 1 papaya seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Mango cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup Blueberry
  • 1 strawberry large, dozen, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup coconut shredded
  • dressing
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt So Delicious is our favorite, plain
  • lemon juice juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Put the fruit in a large bowl
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Pour on the fruit and toss well.
