- 5 cups mixed berries 25 oz/710 g
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats 3 oz/85 g
- 2 to 4 tablespoons honey to taste
- ½ cup almond flour 2 1/2 oz/71 g
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup pecans chopped, 2 1/2 oz/71 g
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- ⅓ cup honey 4 oz/115 g
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain, 2 oz/57 g
- ¼ cup butter melted, 2 oz/57 g
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- yogurt vanilla, for serving, optional
