  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds toasted in a hot pan
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries or cherries chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 2% or full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
