Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake {high protein}

This milkshake blends cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, and cocoa powder into a smooth, creamy drink with a rich chocolate and peanut flavor. Its thickness and high protein content come primarily from the cottage cheese and protein powder, making it a more nutritious alternative to traditional milkshakes. The recipe uses natural sweeteners and almond milk to keep the drink lighter while maintaining sweetness. It’s a filling shake suitable for a protein boost or to satisfy chocolate and peanut butter cravings with some added nutrients.

Description

Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake {high protein} combines fat-free cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and sweeteners to create a creamy, protein-rich beverage. The cottage cheese contributes smoothness and protein, while the cocoa and peanut butter provide rich, complementary flavors. The addition of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and ice balances the texture, keeping it refreshing and drinkable. Blending until smooth ensures a consistent texture without lumps.

The shake has a balanced sweetness from Truvia and vanilla extract, avoiding excess sugar while enhancing flavor. This shake can be served chilled immediately, making it a practical option for a quick snack or post-workout nourishment. The rich peanut butter taste combined with chocolate powder allows it to serve as a satisfying treat with added benefits beyond typical milkshakes.
