Healthy Ham Wrap Recipe

Fresh and tasty ham wraps filled with butter leaf lettuce, arugula, ham, cucumber, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 3-4 lices ham cut into small pieces, honey flavored
  • 6-8 cherry tomato quartered
  • onion to taste, chopped
  • 5 lices cucumber cut into small cubes
  • 5 butter leaf lettuce large leaves
  • arugula baby, handful
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tortilla wrap whole wheat used

Instructions

  1. Chop ham and vegetables, and add to a bowl as you go along. Add mayo and salt & pepper. Mix.
  2. Fill wraps with mixture and roll them up.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey ham with any other ham. You can use any kind of lettuce or salad greens in this... I just prefer butter leaf and arugula.
