Description
Healthy Homemade Salad Dressings feature several distinct recipes made from accessible pantry ingredients. The Apple Cider Vinegar variant blends vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic, and seasonings for a tangy dressing. The Zesty Tahini mix includes tahini, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tamari, nutritional yeast, and garlic for a creamy, savory dressing. Peanut dressing combines peanut butter, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, tamari, maple syrup, and cayenne for a spiced, nutty sauce. Honey Mustard pairs lemon juice, vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and olive oil for a sweet-tangy profile. Cilantro Lime includes olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, maple syrup, and spices for a bright, herbal option. Balsamic is made from balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and optional herbs.
