Healthy Milkshake Recipe
Description
The recipe uses vanilla frozen yogurt as a base, which contributes smoothness and tang. Chopped peach and nectarine add fresh, juicy sweetness and a slight tartness that balances the creamy texture. Non-fat milk thins the mixture to a sippable consistency without adding fat.
Blending these ingredients together creates a refreshing and fruit-driven milkshake that highlights the flavors of stone fruits. Topping with fat-free whipped cream adds a light, airy garnish that complements the shake's texture without extra calories.
This milkshake makes for a nutritious snack or dessert option using fresh produce. The recipe can adapt easily by substituting other fruits like bananas, strawberries, or mangos or using frozen fruit to maintain chill and thickness. Dairy-free milk or frozen yogurt alternatives can also be used to suit dietary preferences.
