Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat milk or fat-free milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 banana large, frozen
- 2 baby spinach fresh, handfuls
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Optional topping ideas:
- cocoa nib
- Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together and top with whipped cream and cocoa nibs.
Notes
- If you don't have frozen bananas, use regular bananas and add ice.
- Vegan option: dairy free milk (such as oat milk or coconut milk), dairy free yogurt, and coconut whipped cream.
