Healthy S'mores Dip

This Healthy S'mores Dip combines a smooth chickpea-based chocolate mixture sweetened with coconut sugar and maple syrup, topped with toasted mini marshmallows. It offers a creamy, slightly sweet dip cooked briefly in the oven until marshmallows puff and turn golden brown, ideal for dipping graham crackers or fresh strawberries.

Description

The recipe uses chickpeas blended with cocoa powder, sweeteners, almond milk, vanilla, and salt to create a silky chocolate base that mimics traditional s'mores flavors with additional protein and fiber. Once blended smooth, it is spread in a baking dish and covered with mini marshmallows before baking at 350°F. The marshmallows toast and puff, forming a golden-brown topping that contrasts with the creamy dip beneath.

The texture is rich but smooth, enabling easy dipping with graham crackers or fresh strawberries as provided. The dip is best served immediately to enjoy the contrast of warm, melty marshmallows and the creamy chocolate chickpea layer. This approach reimagines s'mores into a dip form that is fun and shareable.
