Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip uses reduced-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt combined with spinach, artichoke hearts, and mild green chilies for a creamy, flavorful appetizer. Seasoned with garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, it bakes until bubbly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses melted on top. This dip pairs well with chips, crackers, or bread.

Description

This dip starts by blending softened cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lower-fat base, seasoned with minced garlic and spices. Chopped artichoke hearts and thoroughly drained spinach are incorporated with mozzarella cheese and diced mild green chili to add texture and subtle heat. The mixture is transferred to a baking dish, topped with Parmesan and extra mozzarella, then baked until hot and lightly golden.

The flavor balances creamy cheese with garlic and mild spice elements, complementing the tender spinach and artichoke pieces. Its thick consistency makes it easy to scoop with various dippers such as crackers or vegetables.
