Healthy Tuna Salad (Crazy Easy)

This Healthy Tuna Salad blends canned tuna with crunchy celery, pickles, and purple onion, dressed with a mix of Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard for tang and creaminess. The combination creates a balanced texture with savory and slightly tangy flavors. It’s versatile enough to serve on its own, nestled in lettuce leaves, or as a sandwich filling, making it a practical, protein-rich choice for quick meals or lunches.

Description

Healthy Tuna Salad (Crazy Easy) brings together canned tuna packed in water with diced purple onion, celery, and pickles for a mixture of savory and fresh elements. The dressing, made of Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, adds creaminess and a mild kick without overpowering the tuna. Mixing these ingredients results in a well-balanced salad with a variety of textures from the firm tuna to crisp vegetables.

Prepared by simply combining all ingredients, it can be served alone for a light protein snack, spooned onto lettuce leaves for a low-carb option, or used as a sandwich filling for a more substantial meal. The use of both Greek yogurt and mayonnaise creates a creamy texture with less fat than mayonnaise alone.
