Ingredients
Garlic Chive Dill
- ½ cup butter unsalted, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon dill finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives finely chopped
- ½ clove garlic grated
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
Lemon Thyme
- ½ cup butter unsalted, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons thyme fresh leaves
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Honey Rosemary Sage
- ½ cup butter unsalted, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon rosemary finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
Sun Dried Tomato Basil
- ½ cup butter unsalted, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon basil finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
- ½ garlic grated, clove
- ¼ teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the softened butter and the ingredients from one of the herb combinations above.
- Scoop the herb butter onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, roll into a log and twist the ends to close. Chill overnight, or until firm.
Notes
- If subbing vegan butter, omit the salt in each recipe.
