Herb Lemon Aioli
Description
This Herb Lemon Aioli blends mayonnaise with coarsely chopped garlic processed smoothly. Fresh lemon juice and zest, along with chopped dill, flat-leaf parsley, and chives, are incorporated to infuse the aioli with fresh citrus and herb flavors. The mixture is pulsed just enough to combine while retaining some texture from the herbs.
The result is a creamy, tangy, and herbaceous sauce that adds brightness and depth to dishes. The aioli is best refrigerated and used within a few days to maintain freshness. It can serve as a dip, spread, or sauce to enhance the flavor of grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, or sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic , coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon dill leaves only, fresh
- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley leaves only, fresh
