Easy and delicious goat cheese mixed with garlic and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 11 oz goat cheese at room temperature, plain, fresh
  • 2 garlic crushed, cloves
  • 2 tbs of chopped fresh herbs can use basil, mint, oregano, thyme, parsley, rosemary, among others
  • 1 tbs sour cream optional, add if the mix is a bit dry and needs an extra touch of creaminess, or creme fraiche
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, you can use either a fork to mix them, or if the goat cheese isn't fully at room temperature you can also use a food processor.
  2. The sour cream or crem fraiche is an optional addition, depending on the goat cheese consistency you can add it if you want the cheese mix to be extra creamy.
