Ingredients
- 1/2 of a 12-ounce jar Herdez Tomatillo Verde Mexican Cooking Sauce
- 1 avocado large ripe
- 1 Greek yogurt non-fat, 6-ounce container
- 1 cup cilantro fresh
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. (if you can resist it that long!)
- Serve with tortilla chips or with fish tacos, enchiladas or any other of your favorite Mexican dishes.
