Instructions

  1. Measure out the ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the optional blueberries into a food processor.
  3. Process for 3-5 minutes, making sure that everything is combined. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides The longer you process the more it fluffs up.
  4. If using frozen blueberries, chop them up and swirl through the fluff.
  5. Top with any other favorites and eat immediately.

Notes

  • The protein powder you choose will affect both the texture and the flavor of the protein powder. Learn more about choosing a protein powder for your goals.
  • If you don’t have a very sweet protein powder (Genuine Health is not overly sweet) you may wish to add one tablespoon of honey to the mixture before blending. Know that this addition will increase the carb content though
  • This recipe also tastes delicious with Botanica Perfect Protein which is vegan but not pea protein-based. If you're using a protein powder that's not fermented, add one tablespoon more of hemp milk.
  • The fluff tastes best when eaten immediately. If stored in the fridge it loses its fluffy texture and goes more chunky.
  • If stored in the freezer it tends to freeze solid and not thaw well.
