  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese such as Nancys or Good Culture, good quality; 2%
  • 6 mini bell pepper red yellow and orange
  • 2 mini cucumber sliced in quarters or halved
  • 3 radish quartered or veggies of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dill plus more for garnish, chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Za’atar

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese and dill in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil and top with Za’atar and fresh dill.
  2. Place on a plate or small platter with cut up fresh veggies.
