Hocus Pocus Charcuterie Board

A tribute to the Sanderson Sisters, this Hocus Pocus charcuterie board will have all of your guests dying at not only the delicious variety of food but the uncanny resemblance to some of Halloween's most famous witches!

Ingredients

Servings

Cheese:

  • (3) Brie cheese 8 ounce wheels
  • 2 bellavitano merlot cheese Dark purple top, wedges
  • cheese sticks

Meat:

  • pepperoni uncured

Fruit:

  • blackberry
  • grapes
  • blueberries
  • dried mango
  • figs
  • strawberries

Nuts:

  • pumpkin seeds
  • pistachio

Cookies/Crackers:

  • cookies fall leaf shaped
  • Oreos Halloween edition
  • whole grain crackers
  • pretzels orange chocolate dipped

Candy:

  • Chocolate Candy eyeballs
  • pumpkin gummies
  • black licorice (Eyes)
  • twizzlers Lips, pull apart, strawberry
  • Lindor truffles

Reeses Bats:

  • Reese's Cups miniature
  • Oreo cookies
  • frosting (to hold them together)

Rice Krispie Eyeballs:

  • rice krispie treats
  • Food Coloring green, purple, orange
  • Candy Eyeballs

Instructions

Assemble the Board

  1. Start assembling your board by adding the cheeses. Add the blackberries above the first cheese wheel to create Mary's hair. Next fold the pepperoni and add in three layers above the second wheel of cheese to create Winnie's hair. Then lastly use the cheese sticks and slice into thin sticks for Sarah's hair.
  2. Cut up the black licorice for the eyes and shape the Twizzlers for the lips.
  3. Fill in the board with the remaining fruit, nuts, cheese, and candy.

To Make the Reeses Bats

  1. Take a miniature Reese's cup and add some frosting on top. Break the Oreo in half and stick it to the frosting on top of the Reeses cup. Top with candy eyeballs.

To Make the Rice Krispie Eyeballs

  1. Shape your Rice Krispies into small balls. Roll in food coloring and top with a candy eyeball.
