Description
Hoisin Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are made by mixing hoisin sauce with orange juice, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create a marinade. Chicken thighs are coated thoroughly and refrigerated for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavors. Cooking takes place in a preheated air fryer at 400°F for 14 to 16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. The air fryer gives the chicken a browned exterior while retaining juiciness inside.
The hoisin sauce imparts a sweet, savory glaze combining rich, fermented soy flavors with the bright citrus notes from the orange juice and toasted sesame oil aroma. Garlic adds depth and pungency to the sauce. The air frying method achieves a sticky, caramelized coating without deep frying.

Instructions
