Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter room temperature, unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cups figs minced
  • 1/4 cup garlic cloves or minced, roasted
  • 2 TB thyme fresh leaves
  • 2 TB rosemary fresh
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 TB orange zest
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or pomegranate arils

Instructions

  1. Start with a large cutting board (at least 8 to 10 inches wide) and place the softened butter on top. Use the back of a spoon or an offset spatula to spread the butter evenly, to about 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  2. Add the roasted garlic cloves, minced figs, and fresh herbs, distributing evenly on top of the butter.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with orange zest.
  4. Finish your board with dried cranberries and/or pomegranate pearls.
