Description

This Holiday Charcuterie Board features an assortment of ingredients including hot or mild salami, prosciutto from two sources, and three types of cheese: aged cheddar, black pepper goat cheese, and oven-warmed Brie. Cheese

  • 3 oz cheddar cheese cubed or sliced, aged
  • 4 oz goat cheese I used black pepper, log; flavoured or plain
  • 4 oz Brie cheese oven warmed

Spreads and Condiments

  • honey
  • pepper jelly
  • mustard

Fruit

  • 2 pear cored and sliced, Anjou variety
  • ¼ cup figs dried
  • 4 clementines
  • 1 grape red; bunch
  • ½ cup cranberries see how to in recipe notes, sugared

Bread and Crackers

  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 12 rice cracker
  • 12 crackers seedy variety

Pickles & Olives

  • ½ cup olive spiced
  • ½ cup beet pickled

Other

  • pistachio

Instructions

  1. Fill serving dishes and put them on the board first
  2. Arrange one of the meats and one of the cheese together in three groups, spaced around the board
  3. Tuck fruit in the empty gaps
  4. Arrange crackers and bread around the outside
  5. Serve with spreaders and cheese forks

Notes

  • Prepare sugared cranberries by dissolving equal parts sugar and water, coating cranberries, and rolling them in sugar to dry before adding to the board.
