- 4 steak approx. 6 oz each, 1/2" thick, grilling
- 4 tbsp steak seasoning Barberian's preferred
- 4 potato scrubbed clean, russet or other baking
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 corn husks removed, ears
- 3-4 Serrano pepper
- 1 tomato such as cherry, bunch of small tomatoes on the vine
- 1 cilantro leaves and tender stems chopped, bunch
- 100 grams feta cheese goat's preferred
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime zest and juice
- salt kosher salt
- black pepper kosher salt
