It's easy to make Bisquick mix with a few simple ingredients.

- 10 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/8 cup baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pound vegetable shortening
