Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 ½ teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ¼ teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 ¼ teaspoons dried thyme
- dash of red pepper flakes

Instructions
- In a bowl, place the salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and a dash of red pepper flakes. Stir well until evenly blended.
- Transfer to an airtight container, store in a cool dry location, and use within 3 months.
Notes
- Storage - I like to store my spice mixes in a mason jar. Make sure you label the jar and place it in a dark spot like a cabinet to rest.
- Yields - Recipe yields ¼ cup of seasoning mix.
