Instructions

  2. Pour this mixture into a medium saucepan and heat over medium high heat.
  3. Continue to cook on medium heat and whisk for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. Allow it to cool (it will thicken more as it cools).
  5. Once cooled slightly the cream of chicken soup is ready to use and enjoy!

  • This recipe yields about the equivalent of one 10.5-ounce can of cream of chicken soup.
