Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix
Description
Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix brings together several powdered ingredients including powdered milk, powdered sugar, Nestle Nesquik chocolate milk mix, coffee creamer, cocoa powder, and chocolate pudding mix to create a rich and creamy hot cocoa base. Blending these powders finely improves texture and ease of mixing. When prepared, about a third cup of the mix stirred into hot water yields a smooth, chocolatey drink with a balance of sweetness and creaminess.
The recipe makes a large batch sufficient for about 48 cups of hot cocoa, offering a convenient, shelf-stable option for multiple servings. Adding marshmallow bits after blending gives a classic hot chocolate treat variation. The powders should be stored in an airtight container to maintain freshness and ease of use.
Adjusting the powder-to-water ratio can customize sweetness and thickness, allowing for personal preference. This mix is practical to have on hand for quick servings without needing fresh milk or melting chocolate.

If you put too much powder in the blender, it will not easily blend. Add in the marshmallow bits after blending. marshmallow bits
