Homemade Hummus

Homemade hummus is creamy, smooth, and packed with flavor and it’s perfect for dipping or spreading on just about anything!

Ingredients
- 15 ounces canned chickpeas , drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons Tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
- 3 cloves fresh garlic , grated or minced

Instructions
- Place the chickpeas in a large food processor and process until they start to make a paste.
- Add the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water and garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour. Stir well before serving with your favorite pita, crudites or on a sandwich.
