Homemade Nesquik
Description
Homemade Nesquik consists of granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and optional salt combined by shaking thoroughly in a sealed jar until consistent. To prepare chocolate milk, dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of the powder into 1 tablespoon of hot water, stirring to ensure the cocoa and sugar fully dissolve. Cold milk is then added, stirred, and served. This blend replicates the familiar sweet chocolate milk flavor of commercial Nesquik but can be made with simple pantry ingredients.
The recipe yields about 48 servings when using 2 teaspoons per serving, allowing for an economical way to enjoy chocolate milk at home without additives found in store-bought versions.
