Homemade Fruit Popsicles made with fresh fruit and yogurt in three delicious flavors! Tropical, blueberry, and strawberry yogurt popsicles.

Ingredients

Tropical Popsicles:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana , very ripe (or 1 cup frozen banana slices)
  • 1/4 cup whole fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Strawberry Popsicles:

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries , or fresh
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Blueberry Popsicles:

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries , or fresh
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Tropical Popsicles:

  1. To a high speed blender add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, orange juice and vanilla yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.

Strawberry Popsicles:

  1. To a high speed blender add the frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.

Blueberry Popsicles:

  1. To a high speed blender add the frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, honey, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
