Homemade Protein Bars
Description
Homemade Protein Bars are crafted by blending peanut butter, honey, ground flax seed, slightly ground rolled oats, and vanilla protein powder into a thick, dough-like mixture. The addition of mini chocolate chips provides small pockets of chocolate flavor throughout the bars. Pressing the mixture into a lined pan and chilling it helps the bars set firmly, making them easy to cut without crumbling. These bars deliver a chewy and mildly sweet consistency shaped by the combination of nut butter and oats, with protein powder enhancing the nutritional value. Perfect for preparing ahead, they can be stored chilled and enjoyed as a convenient protein snack.
