  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes black pepper ground
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • parsley for garnishing, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and slowly pan-fry the chicken, skin side down first, until both sides are nicely browned and crispy. Remove the chicken and discard the fat.
  3. Add the olive oil and butter to the skillet and sauté the garlic until slightly browned, followed by the honey, balsamic vinegar, and water.
