Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups peaches canned all liquid squeezed out or frozen
  • 2 cups cream corn canned all liquid squeezed out or frozen
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, melt the butter, cream cheese and honey. Use a whisk to make this smooth as it melts stirring constantly.
  2. Once melted and smooth add the corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed and cooked through.
  3. Add salt, and pepper to taste. Stir it together and let it cook, about 3-5 minutes more stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Bi colored corn is best for sweetness and color variety for this recipe.
  • This keeps in the fridge up to 3 days and re heats well.
