Honey Chipotle Dressing
Report
A copycat of the deeeeelish dressing from Chipotle, this Honey Chipotle Dressing is fast, flavorful, and ready to rock any salad you pour it on!

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup avocado oil plus a little extra to taste if desired
- 3 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1.5 TBSP honey
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
- 1 small/medium clove garlic , smashed and peeled
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or small food processor and blend/process until smooth and emulsified.
- Dip a leaf of lettuce into the dressing to taste-test and adjust any ingredients to taste. For more chipotle flavor you can add a little extra adobo sauce or adjust the sweetness/tartness with the honey and vinegar, etc... Let your taste buds be your guide!
- OPTIONAL EXTRA: 1 TBSP fresh squeezed lime juice for a burst of citrus flavor.
Notes
- This recipe yields approx. 1/2 cup of dressing at 2 TBSP per serving. It's great for 4 side salads and can be doubled if needed!
