Honey Glazed Carrots

Sweet and buttery Honey Glazed Carrots make a special side dish for a Holiday dinner and, with only 3 ingredients, are easy enough to make for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 lb carrot baby
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add salt and carrots to boiling water.  Cook until tender, roughly 5 or 6 minutes.
  3. Drain carrots and add back to the saucepan.
  4. Add butter and honey to the saucepan.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes until the sugar and butter form a glaze that coats the carrots.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
