Honey Greek Salad Dressing

This Greek salad dressing recipe perfectly garlicky, tangy, bursting with oregano and sweetly balanced with honey.

  • 1 garlic large clove
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves fresh
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper pinch
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon kalamata olives minced

Notes

  • Drizzle it on salad or use it as a sauce on grilled or roasted fish, chicken or meat.
  • Add extra garlic and lemon juice to it and use it as a marinade or sauce like this Baked Salmon With Greek Dressing.
  • Add some sour cream or mayonnaise and turn it into a creamy dressing or sauce or spread it on your favorite sandwich like Mediterranean Turkey Sandwich.
