Honey Lime Fruit Salad

Honey Lime Fruit Salad is a refreshing mix of sliced strawberries, kiwi, mango, blueberries, green grapes, and pineapple chunks tossed in a simple dressing of honey, lime juice, and pineapple juice. The dressing adds a sweet-tart brightness that complements the natural flavors of the juicy fruit. This salad is colorful, hydrating, and suitable for warm weather or as a vibrant side dish or dessert.

Description

This fruit salad combines a variety of fresh and canned fruits including strawberries, kiwi, mango, blueberries, green grapes, and pineapple, all cut into bite-sized pieces. The dressing is a straightforward blend of honey, fresh lime juice, and pineapple juice, which is poured over the fruit and gently mixed to coat all pieces. The acidity from lime and pineapple juice balances the sweetness of the honey and natural sugars in the fruit.

The salad showcases a range of textures from soft mango and strawberries to the slight firmness of grapes and pineapple. It is served chilled and can be mixed again before serving if juices settle or separate. The simple dressing enhances rather than overwhelms the fruit, keeping the dish light and fresh. The easy preparation makes it a convenient option for picnics, potlucks, or as a healthy snack or side.
